Our mindfulness course in English is aimed at ESO 2 students.
Mindfulness involves learning to direct our attention to what is happening each moment in our body, mind and emotions. By focusing on their breathing, our students will learn to bring their attention back to the class whenever their minds get distracted. However, this course takes a step forward.
Mindfulness will not only help them at school but also in their day-to-day life. As citizens of the world, our students will be able to control their emotions and be more calm whenever they have to go through a difficult situation.
